Breast augmentation
Breast size and shape is enhanced by placing a silicone or saline implant under the chest muscle through a small incision in the bottom fold of the breast. This creates a more youthful, full. and noticeable appearance of the breast
Breast lift
Aging and pregnancy affect the shape of the breast. Breast lift procedure effectively lifts and projects the breast, by tightening (removing) the loose skin and reshaping the breast. This restores the natural youthful appearance of the breast
Breast reduction
Large pendulous breasts can cause back and neck discomfort, difficulty with activities, and feeling self-consciousness and dissatisfaction with body image. Breast reduction procedure decreases the overall size of the breast, while lifting and reshaping the breast at the same time. Breast lift with implants
Pregnancy, breastfeeding, and aging can cause deflation and sagging of the breast. Tummy tuck
Abdominoplasty ("tummy tuck) is a popular procedure among women and men. It effectively removes the loose skin and tightens the remaining skin on the entire abdomen. In addition, the muscles of the abdominal wall are tightened together, forming an internal corset. This created a flatter, more shaped appearance of the abdomen. Dr Domantovsky is very skilled in combining the tummy tuck procedure with liposuction of abdomen and waist in one surgery, creating a fit, sculpted look of the torso.
Liposuction
Liposuction is a popular body contouring procedure, which involves removal of unwanted fat from specific areas, thus improving the overall contour of the body. Liposuction also can be a debulking procedure in patients with higher weight, decreasing their fat burden and serving as a jumpstart to a healthier routine involving diet and exercise. During the procedure, the fat is suctioned out via very small incisions in the skin, and recovery is relatively quick. One of the popular liposuction procedures is "lipo 360", which sculpts the abdomen, waist, flanks, bra roll, mid-back, and lower back; creating an hourglass shape and enhancing the hips and the breast.
Fat transfer
Aging results in loss of volume in the face, breast, and body. Adding fat to these areas can be a way of enhancing the natural beauty and restoring the youthful appearance. Fat transfer procedure involves removal of unwanted fat from one area (abdomen, waist) and adding it to another area (hollowed cheeks, thin lips, small breasts, flat hips), in order to improve the shape and rejuvenate the appearance of the area. Fat transfer can also improve the appearance of scars and skin that was previously treated with radiation.
Brazilian buttock lift
Brazilian buttock lift ("BBL") is a high volume fat transfer from the abdomen, waist, and back, to the buttocks. The procedure adds significant amount of volume to the buttocks and enhances the buttock curve, while simultaneously "snatching" the waist and flattening the abdomen by means of liposuction. Patients are very happy with their hourglass figure and "extreme" curves. Dr Domantovsky is very skilled in this procedure and performs it in a safe way (fat transfer in the subcutaneous plane only).
Arm lift
Aging and massive weight loss results in saggy skin in the upper inner arm area. Brachioplasty (arm lift) procedure removes the excess skin, creating a smooth arm contour. Thigh lift
Skin in the inner thigh area can become loose with aging and weight loss. Thigh lift procedure combines removal of the excess skin and fat in the inner thigh area, effectively making the contour of this region more harmonious with the lower leg. Breast revision
The scope of breast revision procedures is broad. Surgery is individually tailored to the unique needs of each patient. A capsular contracture after breast implant surgery may require a capsulectomy. Sagging of the breast with an implant may require a breast lift and capsule revision. Breast asymmetry and dissatisfaction with the implant size may require implant exchange with a combination of capsule revision and breast lift. Gynecomastia
Gynecomastia is a common condition in men, involving overdevelopment or enlargement of the breast tissue due to many possible causes including hormone imbalance. The enlargement may affect the breast unevenly, and can also be accompanied by loose skin. Male breast reduction surgery can reduce the size of the breast, make breasts more even, and contour the chest for a more balanced masculine look. Scar revision
